We welcome Jose Ramirez Reyes as a guest speaker from Basic Rights Oregon. Basic Rights Oregon works fearlessly and tirelessly to build a strong, vibrant, powerful, & progressive movement for LGBTQ2SIA+ equality. LGBTQ2SIA+ Oregonians exist in every community, and we understand that we have to engage in strategic, value-based coalitions to address the many needs of our communities. As such, building alliances with progressive groups that advocate or working families, racial justice, immigrant rights, reproductive justice, and campaign reform will be essential to winning policies that meet the varied needs of our diverse community.
We are meeting in person at the First Presbyterian Church of Astoria, located at 1103 Grand Ave. The service will also be live-streamed via Zoom for those who are not comfortable attending in person. Masks are now optional but strongly advised. If you are not feeling well, please wear a mask, or attend via Zoom.
