Letting Go and Opening to Receiving

When we let go of all the things that we cannot control, when we stop shoulding on ourselves and others, shouldn’ting on ourselves and others, worrying about the future, and wishing the past could have been different than it was, then we open ourselves to the gift of the present moment. The only thing we have control over is ourselves in the present moment. And when we live in the present moment, with gratitude and unconditional love and forgiveness for ourselves, then we open ourselves to bountiful joy.

Meredith Richardson is an empowerment coach and hypnotherapist. In 2018, she left everything behind – her career, her marriage, and her country – to save herself. She had been a mediator and conflict coach, and helped over 1,500 people to navigate conflict successfully.
