The Meditation Group is now meeting on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30.
Led by Ian Kepler, a social worker and therapist with ten years of meditation experience in the Zen tradition. Join us for an evening of meditation that will include instruction, sitting, and reflection. The group is designed with beginners in mind and more experience is also welcome.
We are studying a book titled “No Time to Lose” by Pema Chodron. We have a couple of books available.
