Bunny Peterson and Meredith Richardson focus on the importance of maintaining balance in our lives. What we choose to pick up and what we choose to put down are equally important. Whether it is your everyday life, your career, or the current state of our nation, you cannot keep piling worries and work onto your place and your person without balance. Mindful balance will be the topic of this service.

We are meeting in person at the First Presbyterian Church of Astoria. The service will also be live-streamed via Zoom for those who are not comfortable attending in person.  Masks are now optional but strongly advised. If you are not feeling well, please wear a mask, or attend via Zoom.
