Oregon is the only state with this constitutional guarantee. Valdez G. Bravo is President of Health Care for All Oregon. He holds a Master in Healthcare Administration and a Master in Business Administration, and is a Board Certified Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Valdez served in the Army for eight years as a medical equipment repair technician and then worked for the next 18 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Multnomah County Health Department.

We are meeting in person at the First Presbyterian Church of Astoria. The service will also be live-streamed via Zoom for those who are not comfortable attending in person.  Masks are now optional but strongly advised. If you are not feeling well, please wear a mask, or attend via Zoom.
