DESCRIPTION:Local counselor and artist Nancy Karacand will introduce the Simple Loving Kindness Meditation and talk about the exhibit entitled “Simple Loving Kindness – Art Inspired by Meditation” which she is coordinating for a March 8th opening at the Astoria Visual Arts Gallery. As a certified intuitive energy worker\, transformational coach\, and instructor\, Benedetto holds gentle\, yet powerful space through various modalities- including Reiki\, Sound Healing\, Tarot\, Qigong\, Yoga\, and Mentorship- to support clients who seek clarity and guidance through major life transitions and transformations.   Benedetto has been rippling out energy waves for the greatest good since 2016 by working with clients 1:1\, teaching classes\, and hosting workshops.
