Andrea  previously managed the Astor Building Apartments and Hostel Style Housing at the Norblad Hotel for several years where she worked with CCA regularly due to shared clientele. He holds a Master in Healthcare Administration and a Master in Business Administration\, and is a Board Certified Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Valdez served in the Army for eight years as a medical equipment repair technician and then worked for the next 18 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs. DESCRIPTION:Bunny Peterson and Meredith Richardson focus on the importance of maintaining balance in our lives. What we choose to pick up and what we choose to put down are equally important. Whether it is your everyday life\, your career\, or the current state of our nation\, you cannot keep piling worries and work onto your place and your person without balance. Mindful balance will be the topic of this service. \n  \nWe are meeting in person at the First Presbyterian Church of Astoria. The service will also be live-streamed via Zoom for those who are not comfortable attending in person.  Masks are now optional but strongly advised.
