What is the Pledge Drive?

Each spring our members and friends make financial pledges to support the Pacific Unitarian Universalist Fellowship for the coming year, from July 1 through June 30.  Pledges account for over 90% of our annual budget.  Every new and continued pledge plays a vital role in supporting PUUF throughout the year.  WE are the Fellowship.

What is a Pledge?

A pledge is a promise to donate a certain amount of money to the Fellowship during the fiscal year.  We ask our members and friends to pledge generously; pledges can be adjusted in times of shifting resources, if necessary.  We hope that all members and friends of PUUF will pledge!  A pledge of record (i.e., a signed pledge card) is one of the requirements to be a voting member, in addition to signing the membership book.  If your financial circumstances are quite limited, you may be able to contribute support in other ways.  See our minister for information.

We strongly encourage all to make a pledge consistent with their individual circumstances.  On the bottom of this page is a table that you might use to help you decide what your pledge level will be.  Please make your pledge in keeping with your own budgetary requirements.

You may fulfill this pledge on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

If you make a payment toward the pledge drive before July 1, please date the check for July 1.  It will not be deposited until July 2.

Voting Members have signed the Membership Book and pledge.(required)
